About Us

In 1983, what is now known as Praet Tool & Engineering, Inc. was formed. As a family-owned business, we provide turnkey, solution-based design, engineering, and manufacturing for an array of custom tooling and equipment. We provide these solutions based on superior quality and service. We are located in Macomb, Michigan, a suburban community on the outskirts of Detroit. We occupy a temperature-controlled facility with future expansion to 55,000 square feet. As we navigate through our third decade of doing business, we continue to assess our customer's needs and/or problems so that we can provide full-scale solutions to them. With those solutions comes knowledge within our products, which in turn adds value and assures that the customer is receiving the most for their money.
